No Passion from An Empty Cup: A Self-care Session
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

"O, to be sure, we laugh less and play less and wear uncomfortable disguises like adults, but beneath the costume is the child we always are, whose needs are simple, whose daily life is still best described by fairy tales" - Leo Rosten.
In this self-care session, we rediscover how play, positive emotions, and mindfulness practice can be harnessed to help us manage stress and difficult emotions.

Jiaying has worked as a psychologist for the past 14 years in public, non-profit, and private settings with a wide range of clientele from local, expat, to military communities. Apart from assessment and therapy, she conducts talks, seminars, and workshops on an array of themes including cultural adaptation, mindfulness, mental health, stress management, and parenting. She has worked for several years in Seoul, South Korea, and now offers a variety of psychological services through her private practice Couchology.
